Exhibition of the photographs of Monique Stauder at Le Monde des Flamboyants

6.03.2015, Kinshasa, DRC – TMB is pleased to invite you to ‘Latitude Zero – an equatorial odyssey’, an exhibition of the photographic works of Monique Stauder, to be held from Friday 6 March 2015 to Tuesday 7 April 2015 at “Le Monde des Flamboyants”.

Le Monde des Flamboyant is the permanent cultural centre of TMB, created at its regional headquarters in Kinshasa.

TMB is hosting this exciting exhibition of black and white photos presenting the artist’s journey around the Equator. This odyssey led the artist from the Amazon River in Brazil, moving westward through South America, the Pacific, South Asia, and Eastern-Central Africa. The interconnections between Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Kiribati, Nauru, Indonesia, Maldives, Somalia, Kenya, Uganda, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Gabon and Sao Tome e Principe constitute its territory.

The exhibition is free and open to all members of the public, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm and on Saturday, from 8.00 am to 2.00 pm.
