TMB attending Premiere of the Documentary ‘Congo, les berges d’un fleuve’
3.10.2016, Brussels, Belgium – TMB’s Brussels Representative is attending the launch of the documentary ‘Congo, les berges d’un fleuve’ (Congo, the banks of a river) and has invited twenty clients, partners and correspondent bankers to join it at the premiere, which is being held at Espace Delvaux, in Watermael-Boitsfort, Brussels, on Monday 3 October.
TMB is proud to have sponsored this exciting documentary directed by Philippe Lamair and produced by Clair Obscur.
The documentary takes us from Kisangani, in the heart of Congo, to Muanda, on the Atlantic coast, a journey of some 2,000 km along the River Congo, the second longest river in Africa. This documentary shows how development of human activities, creation of new cities and technological developments have transformed daily life along the banks of rivers. Even if nature is always present, fauna and flora however are inexorably regressing as a result of human activities and a growing population.
Screening of the documentary will be followed by a cocktail.
