TMB Sponsoring and Participating at ‘La Semaine Belge de Kinshasa’
1.10.2018, Kinshasa, DRC – TMB is happy to be a VIP sponsor and to participate in the first edition of ‘La Semaine Belge de Kinshasa’, being held from 2 to 6 October 2018 at the Espace Texaf Bilembo in Kinshasa.
Organised by the Belgian-Luxembourgian-Congolese Chamber of Commerce (CCBCL), this first edition of La Semaine Belge de Kinshasa has the theme “Know-how and creativity, a Belgo-Congolese DNA”.
La Semaine Belge de Kinshasa will open with a cocktail reception held in the garden of the Belgian Embassy to the DRC on 2 October at 6:30 pm. The event will then take place from 3 to 6 October at the Espace Texaf Bilembo (372 Avenue Colonel Mondjiba (1st UTEX entry) – Gombe).
The event aims to highlight the collaboration between Belgium and Congo in several fields: the business world, environment, sustainable development and culture, education, and Belgian cooperation.
Topics that will be discussed during conferences and workshops include:
- New Technologies of Information and Communication – NTIC
- Subcontracting and local impacts of the activities of foreign firms in the DRC
- Health
- Construction & infrastructure, transport & logistics
- Environment and culture
- Education
