TMB Working with Celebrated Congolese Artist, Tétshim

22.02.2021, Lubumbashi, DRC – Every weekend, TMB offers you a humorous video from the artist Tetshim on a subject of society or on current events.

Born in Kinshasa, Trésor Tshibangu, known as Tétshim, has been drawing since his childhood. His family moved to Lubumbashi when he was 11. He is an illustrator, cartoonist and editorial artist. A meeting with Frank Mukunday, graphic designer and video artist, led to several animated films, including MACHINI, a film dealing with issues relating to mining and the environment, which has won several prestigious awards around the world. The two self-taught artists have been working with TMB since 2017.
